A self-declared age gate has no legal value
"I confirm I am over 18" checkboxes do not count as age verification under the ECA and the Civil Code. If you are fined, the operator is treated as if no barrier existed.
Verification cannot depend on delivery alone
Leaving the ID check to the courier creates inconsistency, conflicts with the customer and operational failures. The effective barrier has to exist before payment, not at the door.

Sale banned to anyone under 18
Article 81 of the ECA prohibits selling alcoholic beverages, fireworks, weapons and ammunition, products with solvents and other harmful items to minors. The infraction leads to seizure and a fine.
